Do We Buy Cards?

Yes. We buy cards in store and at shows. Please contact us at: team@thekavecollectibles.com for more information.

Our Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Our Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.
  • Supplies such as sleeves, binder and deck boxes can be returned within 30 days of being received. We will charge a 10% fee, assessed based on the order
    total including tax and shipping, as well as the cost of shipment for your product and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
  • We charge this fee due to the costs we're charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.
  • If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.

Do You Sell Resealed Product?

No, we do not sell resealed product. All pre-order products are received directly from our distributors; otherwise; sealed products are either directly from our distributors or inspected prior to being added to our
stock.

Do you offer sealed cases/displays?

  • Products listed as Case will ship as a factory-sealed case.
  • Products listed as Display will ship as a factory-sealed display.
  • If you purchase the exact quantity that makes up a full case or display (such as booster boxes or tins), we will make every effort to ship it in its original sealed packaging.
  • If sealed cases or displays are unavailable, your order may be fulfilled with individual sealed products instead.
  • To guarantee that you receive a factory-sealed case or display, please purchase the corresponding Case or Display listing when available.
  • If you would like to verify that a sealed case or display is available before placing your order, please contact our support team. We're happy to confirm availability and answer any questions.
